Ashley Kingston, Co-founder & Senior Consultant

Ashley is a skilled clinician and leader, driven to help learners, their families and professionals unlock meaningful growth. Ashley has her Masters of Education in Applied Behaviour Analysis and is a Board-Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) with over 16 years of experience in the field. She brings a warm, collaborative style to her work, coaching teams to build confidence, solve challenges together, and support learners with compassion and respect. Ashley works with families, schools, and health and human service teams, specializing in building their capacity to support individuals of all ages with complex behavioural needs. Her focus is on teaching meaningful skills that enhance quality of life for both the individual and their support network. Under the mentorship of FTF Behavioural Consulting, Ashley achieved her Level 6 credential, enabling her to confidently supervise and train professionals in Practical Functional Assessment and Skill-Based Treatment (PFA & SBT)

Amanda Saulnier, Co-founder & Senior Consultant

  Amanda is a passionate leader, clinician, and learning & development specialist with over 18 years of experience in behaviour analysis. She has a Master’s of Education in Learning Exceptionalities and is a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA). Amanda works with individuals with disabilities and mental health concerns across the lifespan. She specializes in supporting health and human service teams to increase their capacity to care for individuals with complex needs and to target meaningful quality of life goals. Through mentorship from FTF Behavioral Consulting, Amanda obtained a Level 6 credential to supervise and train others in the Practical Functional Assessment and Skill-Based Treatment (PFA & SBT). She is also trained in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and is a Certified Behavioural Sexologist. Amanda is currently balancing family, work, and studies as she pursues a Doctor of Education in Behaviour Analysis from Western University.

Yvonne Dumaresq, Lead Consultant

  Yvonne is a dedicated Board Certified Behaviour Analyst who has been supporting individuals with disabilities and their families since 2004. Driven by her passion for making a meaningful difference, she empowers individuals and fosters positive change in her community. Yvonne has an enthusiasm for collaboration and believes firmly in the power of teamwork. She strives to ensure that each individual receives the support they need to thrive. She is committed to continuous learning and growth, and enjoys disseminating information to others, sharing her knowledge to enhance the field and support those around her. Yvonne is also credentialed at Level 3 in the Practical Functional Assessment and Skill-Based Treatment (PFA&SBT) for Severe Problem Behaviour.   

Victoria Bernard, Lead Consultant

     Victoria is a Board-Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) with over 7 years of experience supporting individuals across the lifespan. Passionate about helping people lead fulfilling lives, she develops personalized, evidence-based interventions that address each client’s unique needs. Combining her expertise and education in Human Kinetics and Applied Disability Studies, Victoria creates holistic, impactful strategies that promote growth and improve overall well-being for those she works with. She is Level 5 credentialed in Practical Functional Assessment and Skill-Based Treatment (PFA/SBT) for severe problem behaviour. Victoria enjoys teaching and developing the skills of others. She is also an active member of the local behaviour analysis community, currently serving as President of the Atlantic Provinces Association for Behaviour Analysis (APABA).

Samantha Erskine, Associate Consultant

Meet Samantha, a dedicated clinician with over nine years of experience in the field of behaviour analysis and a bachelor’s degree in psychology. Samantha is committed to providing high-quality, compassionate services that create meaningful outcomes for the individuals and families she supports. She has extensive experience supporting clinical teams in developing individualized learning plans, conducting Behaviour Skills Training (BST), and working directly with clients to teach essential life skills. Samantha is certified at Level 5 in Practical Functional Assessment and Skills-Based Treatment (PFA & SBT) and has successfully designed and implemented this process with multiple learners. Samantha also values collaboration and has worked closely with a variety of community partners to ensure consistent, well-rounded support across environments. She looks forward to pursuing further education and certification in behaviour analysis, and continues to be passionate about making a positive, lasting impact in the lives of those she serves.

Kate Durette, Associate Consultant

Kate has worked in the field of Applied Behaviour Analysis for over 12 years, with a growing passion for supporting individuals across the lifespan. Her work is driven by a deep commitment to client success, collaborative teamwork, and meaningful rapport-building. Dedicated to transforming lives through evidence-based practices, Kate excels in training and team development, empowering others to build skills and achieve lasting outcomes. She holds a Level 4 credential in Practical Functional Assessment and Skill-Based Treatment (PFA & SBT), underscoring her dedication to continuous learning and clinical excellence. Known for her compassionate and innovative approach, Kate ensures that every client receives personalized, strengths-based support tailored to their unique needs.

Joanne Moore, Operations Co-ordinator

Joanne is excited to bring her 35 years of business experience to the team. Her primary goal is to keep things running smoothly behind the scenes to enable the team to focus on their clients. Semi-retired after 35 years in the public sector, she brings a rich background in Facilitation, Change Management, Project Management and Learning & Development. As a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Joanne is passionate about continuously seeking to improve processes and practices, for efficiency and simplicity.

Ann Drost, Administrative Assistant

Meet Ann! She is thrilled to be part of the team. Ann is known for her high level of organization, attention to detail and strong desire to help others in any way. In her role of Administrative Assistant, she helps to take the load off the team so that they can devote more time to our clients.
